Kitchen and livingroom are all one big space. So you can cook and visit with family or company at the same time. Underneath is a large storage space or a small garage. The front of the cabin faces Sunrise Highway and has a covered deck the whole front. Easy acess from curved drive way. Read the suppliment. This is a cabin on Mt Laguna . Its on National forest land. Use is by special permit. Permit is for 20 years, this permit time goes to 1928. You cant live there full time or use as a rental. Cash offers only. All Costs are yearly. the permit is $1900, water is $400a year. The water is base upon how much you use. Than you have taxes and Insurance. There is no monthly costs. We have all 4 seasons.
