This is a cabin on National forest Land. Use is by Special permit. The permit is for 20 Years. This permit period goes to 2028. You cant live in them full time , use them as rentals or get loans on them. There are 4 fees a year. the permit fee , water bill , taxes and insurance. They are all annual bills. No monthey fees. This is a very special community of very nice people. This cabin has animals you can sit on the deck and watch. like Turkeys, and deer. Or sit inside in the warmth and watch it snow. The bedrooms are upstairs in the loft.
