Directions Directions to 22160 Crestline Rd from San Diego Take I-15N, exit Via Rancho Parkway in Escondido. Make a right and go East- that road will take you all the way to Pauma Valley (you will pass Harrah’s Casino which is the last gas station). When you get to the big turnabout, go east towards La Jolla Indian reservation. Make a right at the “Palomar Mountain” sign which is the S-6/S. Grade Rd. You will also see Oak Knoll campground and signs for the Observatory. When you get to the very top of the mountain make a rt on East Grade, left on Crestline. Turn @ the dirt road just before the first Covington & Associates sign on Crestline Road.
